The Emergency-Safety Card Scheme (ESCS) is a safety plan initiated by National Association of First Aid Treatment Providers (NAFAP) in partnership with the Institute of Emergency Management (inem), designed to offer instant physical care in terms of rescue operation. This Scheme is to support the government agencies that are into Emergency management. Before the arrival of emergency management personnel or ambulance to scene of accident after contacting the emergency numbers, it is very important to have people on ground who will rescue and provide adequate first aid treatment.
